Payment must be made upon collection of dog

A fact finding and temperament assessment session must take place prior to any dog being accepted into the crèche. If the dog is deemed unsuitable it will not be eligible for day care.

All relevant paperwork must be completed and signed prior to any dog entering the crèche.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and proof of vaccination is required.

Each dog must have been treated for fleas and worms with veterinary prescribed medication as directed, other products are not acceptable. Proof of treatment and dates will be required.

All dogs must wear a secure flat collar, half check collars or any type of harness is not permitted

We do not accept bitches into the crèche during their season or heat.

Where a dog has been treated by a veterinary surgeon for any condition that is potentially contagious a return to crèche card must be signed and stamped by the dogs own veterinary surgeon

Owners are not permitted access to the main crèche area.

There is a late fee charge payable if the dog is not collected before 6pm

We reserve the right to refuse any dog entry into the crèche.

We require a 20% non refundable deposit paid in advance to secure holiday care.

Holiday fees must be paid in full upon collection.

A charged of £5.00 is incurred for returned cheques
